Some minor items of snagging were noticeable throughout our stay, which is frustrating for a new hotel. The location was not very convenient for accessing local attractions, requiring a longer travel time than expected. The room amenities were lacking basic items we anticipated being available in a suite of this caliber.

I loved the hotel’s proximity to the gorgeous Filipoi Beach, which is just about 2.5 km away, and the delightful Milanio Maritime Museum is only a short 500 meters stroll, making it super easy to explore without much hassle.

The Island Suite was a dream come true, huge terrace with pool access and those epic sea views. The service was on point, especially Anna who sorted my proposal out like a boss. We had some lekker meals, the a la carte spots were proper good!

This was a great fit for a brief sojourn in Planos (Zakynthos) with outstanding value for money. The poolside bar had a fantastic selection of refreshing cocktails that really added to the relaxing vibe. Bring some snacks if you enjoy a light bite by the pool.

Just a perfect match for a rapid stop in Planos (Zakynthos) with great value for the money. The bar by the pool had an awesome variety of refreshing cocktails that really made relaxing by the pool enjoyable. Make sure to bring a snack if you like light bites by the water.

I proposed to my partner here, and Anna in Guest Relations provided outstanding support, arranging everything to ensure it was special. Our Island Suite offered direct pool access, which was a massive plus. Waking up to those breathtaking sea views each morning felt like a dream. The luxurious room amenities, especially the spacious terrace, made our stay feel indulgent. Dining was good overall, but the buffet could improve. it had basic options and didn't stand out. The two specialty restaurants were fantastic though, with incredible food and attentive service. All staff members went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed every moment. Only minor snagging issues were noticeable. these didn't impact our enjoyment but were surprising for a new hotel. Some entertainment options felt limited, which might be a consideration for return visits. Despite that, we had a genuinely enjoyable stay and are looking forward to our next visit.
